Development of new reception building and infrastructure.
Project Overview
On this prestigious secure site our original package included construction of the new reception building which was designed to represent a fighter jet wing. Due to the high standard of workmanship and excellent client relations, we were awarded the subsequent phases of 2 nr 800+ car parks complete with all drainage along with building 610 and the new infrastructure works to the old runway which consisted of 1 mile of new road and sewer.

Due to the secure and high profile nature of this site planning and programme were key to achieving both our client and BAE’s expectations throughout each phase.
