Chandos Civil Engineering have been appointed groundwork contractor on the exclusive Redrow Homes site, Chestnut Grange, in Tattenhall, Chester.

The Cheadle-based firm has been appointed to the scheme by Redrow Homes Plc, which received planning permission from Cheshire West & Chester Council in February 2013.

The development will consist of 60 units including 25 affordable homes and provide a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom family homes.
