We are working to create a better future for local people and our ambition is to grow our business, through contributing to good causes and supporting local people in training and employment.

Our commitment for 2015 includes:

• Key 103 ‘Cash for Kids’ sponsorship.
• Sponsorship of local initiatives.
• Launch of Apprenticeship Scheme to encourage local school leavers to enter the industry.
• Training programme for all staff to ensure that skills remain up to date.
