Project Overview
Based at the historic former aerodrome at Woodford – home of the Lancaster bomber, Redrow Homes development ‘Woodford Garden Village’ will include high quality homes, shops, a primary school, community facilities and a variety of publicly-accessible amenity and recreational open spaces.
Our Approach
Due to the scale of development and with different phases under construction simultaneously, pre-planning was essential including designing extensive traffic management and systems to separate work areas, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Health & Safety standards.
